GSK Anti Dust Nuts for High Speed Collet Chuck

The GSK Anti-dust nuts are mainly using with SK collets and GSK high speed tool holders. The full circle design of the nut has low noise and little resistance features. The front-end of nut with a dust cove and the back-end of nut adding a protection zone, which can avoiding the iron chips, dust and coolant into the collets slot from the front and back. Pre balancing G2.5 25000-30000rpm, suit for high speed GSK tool holder, that using for high speed engraving, carving and milling machine. All the nuts are through long time cryogenic treatment and thermal aging treatment to improve the stability of accuracy and dimensions.
