R8 ER Collet Chuck

R8 ER collet tool holder is designed with a locking keyway. When inserted into the spindle, the locking keyway is tightly coupled with a locking device. And then using a milling machine tie rod bolt pulls the cutter into the spindle, mounting and fastening.

The tool holder with integral nickel coating that makes the holder anti-rust, anti-corrosion, durability better. Through  -196℃ long Cryogenic Treatment and long time Thermal Aging Processing, the precision of tool holder and using life are higher and longer.
