Ultra Precision ER20 Collet DIN6499B


ChongDe high precision ER20 collet DIN6499-form B(ER), concentricity is 5 microns or better, crafted from high quality Japanese JIS-SUJ2 material. Through -196℃ Cryogenic treatment and long time thermal aging processing, the stability of the collet is higher. Super slim size can avoid interference. Suitable for boring, milling, drilling, grinding, tapping, caving and reaming processing.

2. Hardness: 46-50HRC;

3. Precision: ≤0.005mm；

4. End and the cylindrical are grinding for many times, can reach Ra 4.0, has a mirror effect;

5. 16 slot construction for rigid clamping and extra concentricity

7. Suitable for boring, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, carving and reaming processing.
