Cryogenic treatment

1. -196°C ultra-long cryogenic treatment transformed nearly all residual austenite into martensite;

2. Precipitated nano-sized carbide particles increase hardness and toughness;

3. Improve the dimensional accuracy, wear resistance and impact toughness of the product；

4. Enhance the internal stress distribution of the product and increase the fatigue strength;

5. Improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece.
